| Actions: | The ERG Committee reviewed proposed amendments to the Committees section of the ARCH Plan at its meeting on May 4, 2015. The committee had three minor comments for the School, and responded to the submission on May 14, 2015. ARCH submitted a new draft in June of 2016. A subcommittee was formed in September 2016 to review the latest draft. The subcommittee members were: Toby Egan (Faculty), Christopher Martin (Graduate Student), and Anne Raugh (Faculty). The subcommittee presented its findings at a meeting of the full committee on October 18, 2016. After the full committee discussed the Plan, feedback was returned to ARCH on November 15, 2016. ARCH submitted a revised draft on February 23, 2017. On March 7, 2017, the ERG Committee voted to approve the revised Plan contingent on its approval by the ARCH Assembly. The ARCH Assembly approved the Plan on April 6, 2017. |
