The Programs, Curricula, & Courses (PCC) Committee evaluates and reviews policies and proposals concerning modifications to academic programs, curricula, and courses. These reviews may involve the renaming of an academic unit or program, the consolidation or merger of departments, as well as the adding or subtracting of courses, in addition to other changes as appropriate.

The committee consists of an appointed presiding officer; ten faculty members; one staff member; two undergraduate students and one graduate student; and the following persons or a representative of each: the Senior Vice President and Provost, the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Dean of Undergraduate Studies, the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Graduate School, and the Dean of Libraries.

The schedule of meetings for the PCC Committee is typically set with consideration for when faculty and administrators would have the most flexibility to attend meetings to present proposals to the committee. The final schedule for the upcoming year can be found below.
