Actions: | The committee continued to work on the development of an Academic Integrity Tutorial, with the support of the Office of Student Conduct (OSC), throughout the 2011-2012 academic year. The draft tutorial was edited during the 2011-2012 academic year; it is available online at http://www.academicintegrity.umd.edu/ The OSC piloted the tutorial with University Student Judiciary members and in UNIV 100 courses across campus during the summer and fall 2012 semesters. OSC received 169 responses over 4 months (August - November 2012). Minor adjustments were made by OSC/DRL throughout the piloting. The SCC reviewed the responses and feedback in December 2012 and worked on the tutorial during the spring 2013 semester, as well. The SCC met with the Assistant Director of the OSC on October 18, 2013 to discuss steps for moving forward. The 2013-2014 SCC continued to work on a tutorial with the OSC. |
