Proposal: The Department of Government and Politics proposes the creation of a new formal Area of Concentration in International Relations. The new concentration would be available to students majoring in Government and Politics, and would offer a formal course of study in a field that is in high demand among our current students. The proposed concentration is a 24 credit program, and courses in the concentration would be taught primarily by existing tenured and tenure-track faculty. We are not requesting any new resources for this concentration.
