| Actions: | ERG Committee: The ERG Committee reviewed the CMNS Plan of Organization at its meeting on December 14, 2012. The committee agreed that the College had addressed its concerns and voted to approve the Plan of Organization. In September 2013, CMNS notified the committee that it had made a few additional changes to the Plan. The ERG Committee agreed to review the revisions to the Plan in the fall of 2013. In the fall of 2013, the ERG Committee reviewed the revisions to the Plan. The committee identified additional areas of concern. The committee sent its comments and requested revisions back to CMNS in December 2013. CMNS responded to the ERG Committee's comments in March 2014. The ERG Committee reviewed the revised Plan and agreed that its concerns had been addressed appropriately, and on March 14, 2014, it voted unanimously to approve the Plan. Faculty Affairs Committee: The Faculty Affairs Committee reviewed the APT section of the CMNS Plan of Organization in February of 2013. The committee asked for a few revisions to be made by the College. CMNS responded in September 2013, and the Faculty Affairs Committee approved of the revised APT section. |
