Actions: The department of Counseling, Higher Education, and Special Education is proposing in a separate proposal (see PCC proposal 11016 Senate Doc 11-12-18) to relocate the College Student Personnel concentration at both the Master and Doctoral level to a new program in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy.
