Donna Hamilton, Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Dean for Undergraduate Studies, sent a memo requesting that the Student Conduct Committee (SCC) generate a survey to determine faculty satisfaction with the Office of Student Conduct and the Honor Review Process. |

Actions: | At the committee meeting on January 26, 2011, John Zacker brought Dean Hamilton's memo to the attention of the SCC. During the course of the Spring 2011 Semester, the SCC finalized a survey. The Office of Student Conduct worked with an external assessment and consulting company, StudentVoice, to complete the online formatting of the survey. The Office of Student Conduct organized the dissemination of the survey to a random sampling of 1500 faculty members on campus. The results of the survey will be shared with Dean Hamilton once collected. A summary of the committee's findings and actions will be presented to the SEC. |
