Proposal: The College of Education wishes to terminate the following inactive graduate programs in order to remove them from the Maryland Higher Education Commission Academic Program Inventory. These programs have no enrolled students or applicants.

The programs proposed for termination are as follows:
1. The Ph.D. and Masters programs in Curriculum and Instruction: Early Childhood Education Area of Concentration
2. The Ph.D. and Masters programs in Special Education: Education of the Gifted and Talented Area of Concentration
3. The Masters program in Special Education: Educational Diagnosis and Prescription Area of Concentration
4. The Masters program in Special Education: Integrated Special Education Area of Concentration.
