Decision: The ERG Committee and the FAC voted to approve the Plan in October 2023.
Actions: ERG Committee
At its November 12, 2019, meeting, the ERG Committee reviewed draft revisions to the PLCY Plan of Organization. The committee's feedback was returned to the School on December 3, 2019. The portions of the Plan addressing the School's APT and post-tenure review policies were shared with the Faculty Affairs Committee for its review in November.

Faculty Affairs Committee
The FAC's APT/AEP Subcommittee reviewed PLCY's APT and post-tenure review policies in December 2019, and shared feedback with the School.

ERG Committee
The ERG Committee received revisions to the Plan in August 2020. The ERG Committee reviewed the revisions in spring 2021 and provided feedback to PLCY in April 2021.

In December 2021, PLCY notified the Senate that they had made changes to their Plan or Organization based on the most recent feedback from the ERG Committee. The Committee will review the most recently submitted Plan of Organization when it reconvenes in spring 2022.

The ERG Committee reviewed the revised Plan submitted by the School of Public Policy at its October meeting and voted to approve the Plan. Additionally, the FAC approved its portions reviewed of the Plan.
